common stock on the Internet. CBC is a management and marketing consulting firm
specializing in DPOs for rapidly growing small to mid-sized businesses.
CBC is also slated to construct an Internet web site for ATTs offering. The web
site would display an electronic version of the universal securities U-7 filing form
approved by the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) along with electronic stock
subscription forms. A U-7 allows companies to "go public" directly. Such DPOs

Internets efficient, direct reach in approaching on-line investors.
Proceeds of the Offering are primarily targeted at ATT's U.S. and European marketing
expansion plans. Particular emphasis will be given to the development and administration
of parallel markets. Further emphasis will be given to the development and administration
of on-line education and Internet ordering systems. Offering proceeds will also be used to
increase the Companys processing and distribution capacity. It is the intention of
ATT to supply "Tachyonized" materials to meet growing, world-wide demand for
ever more cost-effective holistic healing programs.
Health care professionals
throughout the world have been using Tachyonized materials with great success in helping
to relieve chronic pain since 1991. ATT uses a proprietary process invented by David
Wagner, to restructure natural materials at the submolecular level, creating permanent
tachyon antennas. Tachyons are particles that travel faster than light. ATT
Tachyonizes products that are currently being used for pain management,
complimentary medicine, the sports field, organic farming, Electro-Magnetic-Field
correction, energetic construction, as well as providing Tachyonized materials for
meditation and rejuvenation centers worldwide. The Company reports success stories that

whole new era in health care. ATT's "Tachyonized" products exhibit great degrees
of durability while attracting the tachyon energy users say create a sense of vitality and
well being.
"We have just completed three years of breakneck growth, especially in
Europe," says David Wagner, developer and president of the rapidly growing Company,
which he founded in 1990. "We are now looking at demand for a far greater presence
not only in the U.S. and European markets, but world-wide. We must now consider an equity
capital basis for a scale of marketing and distribution we would not have imagined when we
began."
"The Direct Public Offering, using the U-7 Form, is
the ideal tool for a company like ATT," says Tony Valente, president of CBC
Communications Corp. "Use of the U-7 has pioneered a way to efficiently reach
investors that's become popular among a quickly increasing segment of the U.S. population.
And, ATT already has a built-in 'affinity group' that it can quickly reach for their
participation. The market for ATT's products are the very people who are delighted to
participate in the future success of a company they admire."
Wagner says CBC will do much more than file and build their DPO web site. "CBC
will also assist us in active marketing on the Internet and other media to draw attention
to the our offering and they will also guide us with follow-up programs designed to
support our new family of stock owners."
Securities agencies approval of the offering is expected by
August.
